Butter, Cheese, Better

It was a wonderful casserole. We had leftovers.

Here's what we did.

Butter and some leftover cheese.

Any fans of the crispiness of baked pasta are going to love this!

It was just a matter of sprinkling the top of the leftover casserole with cubes of both butter and cheese, popping it in the oven to warm up. The butter moistened the casserole, and the cheese gave a salty, creamy addition.

A simple salad and we had dinner.

btw my taste tester likes the crispy part of the pasta the best!
